Verification Report: Server-Side Features (Batches 5–9)
1. Deduplication + Hash Blacklist (Batch 8)

No issues found. serve_raw_file now mirrors serve_file’s view-counting behavior, including the 30-second delayed cleanup when max_views is reached.
3. Metadata / Author Visibility (Batch 7)
